1. The goal of the project is to: 
   - reduce costs of the company
   - improve safety and quality of their services

   The scope of the project covers all aspects of all activities 
   carried out by "With us to heaven".

3. Non functional requirements:

  a. The system should be accessible to all European Union citizents

     Metric:
     - System supports working with at least all official EU languages - 1 ( sufficient )
     - Otherwise - ( insufficient )

  b. The GPS vehicle locating system should be very precise:

     Metric:
     - The system can locate the vehicle with 100 meters accuracy - 2 ( very good )
     - The system can locate the vehicle with ( 100 meters to 1 km ) accuracy - 1 ( sufficient )
     - The system can lacate the vehicle with ( 1 km and more ) accuracy - 0 ( insufficient )

  c. The system should present information in a concise, easy to understand way:

     Metric:

     100 test users should try to understand the information ( graphs, etc. ) presented by the
     system and each of them should tell wether he can understand it instantly without any help:

      - over 80% of users can unserstand - 2 ( excellent )
      - between 60% and 80% can unserstand - 1 ( sufficient )
      - less then 60% - 0 ( insufficient )
